Upon arrival, our team provides a warm and attentive welcome to residents and visitors. Our goal is to make the reception as efficient as it is welcoming. A positive first encounter ensures peace of mind for the rest of your stay. Effectively coordinating the arrivals and departures of residents and visitors at the base camps is one of the reception service's priorities.
We do everything possible to ensure optimal fluidity. The reception team, responsible for ensuring these flows, implements rigorous checks during reception. This also includes providing a code of conduct, a map of the site and its services. All of this simplifies the management of all authorised movements at the base camp. Arrivals and departures are managed with precision, contributing to a relaxed and well-organised atmosphere.

Laundry

Our laundry service takes care of the processing, washing and ironing of all workwear, personal effects and bed linen. These tasks require skill, organisation and monitoring. With a focus on quality and hygiene, our goal is to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers. Every stage of the linen processing, from sorting to final distribution, is carried out with constant attention to quality. Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are committed to providing a high-quality service.

Cleanliness of the premises

A base camp is an ecosystem for which cleaning services go far beyond simple cleaning. That is why we have a duty to maintain a clean, healthy and welcoming environment for our residents and visitors every day. Our teams carry out all operations to ensure optimal cleanliness and hygiene in accommodation, catering and leisure areas. By extension, tertiary and industrial premises can also be taken care of (offices, medical centres, etc.). To achieve this, Saphir Planner uses a cleaning solution specific to each premises, thus optimising staff performance and service quality. We also favour the use of standardised cleaning products that are environmentally friendly and safe for health.
