We work closely with our teams and our clients to develop personalised menus. Our chefs respect dietary habits and offer tailor-made, balanced meals for each group of residents. We also ensure that special diets (Ramadan, etc.) are included in the options, offer gala meals to visitors and officials, and participate in the development of themed events. When distributing meals, an information board detailing intolerances or medical recommendations will help guide guests towards optimal satisfaction. The catering team also provides a range of services to meet the specific needs of each client.
Food safety and hygiene are paramount in our catering service. We apply strict hygiene standards.
A quality control programme and a QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Protection) monitoring system, compliant with international standards, are in place throughout the meal preparation and distribution process.
In addition, chefs and kitchen staff are trained in good food hygiene practices. All equipment, utensils and work surfaces in the dining room and kitchen are regularly cleaned, disinfected and maintained. On-site QHSE teams carry out checks (food quality control, monitoring of hot and cold temperatures, etc.) at every stage.
We offer our customers a meal delivery service, with the option of eating on site (restaurant) or having meals delivered to the address of their choice, depending on their needs. Food preparation, storage and transport, from receipt to delivery, are carried out using specialised equipment, under conditions of time and temperature that guarantee the quality and hygiene of the meals transported.
We handle all logistics and management of food supplies (fruit and vegetables, dairy products, meat or fish, cereals and pulses, etc.). We guarantee their freshness and quality. We supervise transport to the point of consumption. On site, our teams of professionals ensure rigorous management of stocks and flows in order to guarantee the constant availability, quantity and quality of the products needed to prepare meals. Continuous monitoring of the supply chain, cold and dry storage, as well as rigorous HSE control of storage facilities, guarantee the integrity of food products, regardless of the conditions we face.
